W32/Mobler.A is a worm. The worm will infect Windows systems.

Upon execution of the infected attachment, the worm copies itself as system.exe in Windows System folder and as svchost.exe in Windows folder.

It also copies black.app, black.html, black.ico, autorun.inf, black.jpg, black.txt and makesis.exe in Windows System folder.

The worm modifies registry at the following location to load itself during each startup

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

The worm disables folder options from Windows explorer main menu bar and Control panel, it also disables task manager, registry tools and search option.

This worm first appeared on September 01, 2006.
